Happy Tuesday babes! I thought I’d share a bell sleeved spring blouse I absolutely love for spring! This one is by Theory but there are tons that have that blue and white spring vibe – linked another one of my faves above. Pair it with white jeans and tan pumps and you’ve got a warm but bright look to transition. We are not quite at the dress phase here but hopefully I can put together some outfits with shorts next week!
