Omg guys we made it to Friday! This week went by fast for me but only because I was SO busy at work and outside of work trying to keep my head above water with blogging and wedding things too! Last night I went to the Create and Cultivate event “Work Party” and heard Lauren from The Skinny Confidential speak. She was so genuine and nice and I loved all her little tidbits she had for all the women in the room. Something amazing happens when all these like minded and strong women come together. I never feel awkward or out of place at these events because everyone is so friendly and willing to support each other. It’s really cool to see and kind of a total 180 from other jobs I’ve had in my life.

On another note this midi dress is totally outside of my wheelhouse! I am loving the way it looks with these slip ons that I’ve featured before. It’s moody but still casual and perfect for fall transition. It hits at the right place for petites too!
