Getting Back on Track with your Workout

Ok I had a two day week and I’m still ready for the weekend! How does that work? I thought I’d share some of my FAVE workout pieces to help jumpstart your workout routine if you’ve been in a rut like me! I don’t know what it is but I went from eating super healthy, drinking 80 oz of water a day, and working out 6-7 days a week to falling into a slump. I’ve been super unmotivated lately and even though I still workout at least 5 times a week my eating habits have been pretty bad and I’ve slipped on my water intake. Add in a vacation to Dublin and my “time of the month” and I’m basically back at square one with my goals. You would think having a wedding in the next 6 months would be motivation enough but I’m not sure what’s going on with me!

Cute workout clothes always motivate me so I figured I would throw on these adorable red leggings and perfect white tank for some fresh air. I love running in this little jacket by Lululemon when the air gets crisp outside. Some other ways I’m getting back on track is drinking green juice and green tea, eating lots of salads for lunch, and filling my body with nutrient dense foods in the morning such as bananas with almond butter or chia seed puddings.
